Wastewater

Aquaculture General Permit ( TXG130000), which authorizes the discharge of wastewater from concentrated aquatic animal production facilities, aquatic animal production facilities, and certain related activities. (Help with PDF.)

Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) ( TXR040000) (HTML), which authorizes the discharge of storm water from certain small MS4s.

Ready-Mixed Concrete Plants, Concrete Products Plants, and Their Associated Facilities General Permit ( TXG110000) (HTML), which authorizes the discharge of facility wastewater, contact storm water, and storm water associated with this industrial activity.

Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminals General Permit ( TXG340000) (HTML), which authorizes the discharge of facility wastewater, contact storm water, and storm water associated with industrial activities from petroleum bulk stations and terminals.
